Appraiser Help, Inc. is not a management company and does not act to accept or
manage any appraisal orders. We assume no liability for the completion of
any appraisal order nor do we assume any liability for the collection of any
payments for appraisal services. No guarantee is made or implied as to
any projected volume of business that might be facilitated from the use of this
site.
Appraisal Help, Inc. does not guarantee the accuracy of the information posted
on the site or found on any website linked from the directory.
This site is to be utilized by licensed appraisers only. By
signing up and creating a listing, the appraiser agrees that they are a
licensed or certified appraiser. Any appraiser who misrepresents their license
standing will have their listing suspended from the site and will not receive a
refund. The suspended account will be maintained in our system for one
year from the original date of purchase, and county standing will be
maintained. If that appraiser reinstates their license while their
position is still held, their listing will be replaced live on the directory. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of any listed
appraiser or assume any liability related to this.
No responsibility is assumed by Appraiser Help, Inc. for any loss of business
or damages for any reasons including, but not limited to: computer viruses;
acts of God, or terrorism or wartime activities. Appraiser Help Inc. can
make no guarantees regarding technical errors or server up-time, however
problems with the functioning of this site will be corrected as quickly as
possible.
Listing positions are determined on a first come, first serve
basis. Your placement is determined by moment of accepted payment.
If you submit a credit card payment, your counties will be reserved as of the
time of successful processing. If you submit a payment by mail, your
counties will be reserved as of the time payment clears. Note that there
may be listings already in your county even if you do not see them posted to
the site, as the user may have already paid but not yet completed their
listing.
Any user found abusing the site or posting lewd or inappropriate
content will be promptly removed from the site and no refund will be given.
Any individual who makes an attempt to circumvent payment, provide
false payment information, input a false promotional code, or use a promotional
code not communicated to them a) directly by a
representative of Appraiser Help Inc., or b) through targeted advertising sent
to that individual by an advertiser contracted by Appraiser Help Inc., will be
promptly removed from the site and no refund shall be offered in the event any
payment has been received. Any listings inadvertently placed for free
will be promptly removed.
There is a 72 hour period in which you may
request a refund and withdrawal from our directory. There will be no
refunds granted beyond this 72 hour period. Requesting a chargeback from
your credit card company after 72 hours constitutes a violation of these terms
of use.
The terms of use are governed by the laws
of the State of New York and actions relating to these terms shall be filed in
courts located in New York State. Appraiser Help, Inc. reserves
the right to modify or change these terms at any time with updated versions of
these terms appearing on the www.taxgrievanceappraisers.com web site
immediately and effective immediately.
Rights to all materials found on this site
are covered under the copyright laws of the United States including, but not
limited to, all information, graphics, software, etc. Use of this site is
limited to providing the information for a user to contact an appraiser listed
within the directory found on this site.
No refunds are given for listings but you
may cancel your subscription at any time and any recurring fee for a future
listing period will be terminated.
